Biography

Eric Williams is a seasoned leader currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Brown Missionary Baptist Church. Holding designations as a Certified Forensic Interviewer and Certified Master Trainer, Eric specializes in facility operations, risk management, executive protection, and developing robust security frameworks. Eric also serves on the Executive Board for the Faith Based Security Network where he has traveled to teach church leaders about church security and insurance best practices.

In June 2026, he was recognized for his ability to transform security protocols into measurable fiscal wins, most notably negotiating a 49.7% savings on insurance premiums through the implementation of rigorous, proactive security standards.

Attendees will leave with actionable tools and resources to help their churches prepare for and respond effectively to a variety of safety and security challenges.
